pakzub reserves the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or terminate service to any User at its sole discretion, with or without advance notice, where it determines that continued service would be contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
3.1 Minimum Age. Access to pakzub's real-money gaming and betting features is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform. This age restriction is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.
3.2 Age Verification Process. pakzub conducts mandatory age and identity verification (KYC) for all registered accounts prior to processing any withdrawal request exceeding PKR 25,000, and for any account flagged during routine compliance review. 4.1 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the pakzub registration process. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.
4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pakzub Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. pakzub strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication, which is available to all accounts at no charge. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.3 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pakzub support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your Account, any suspected compromise of your credentials, or any suspicious activity on your Account. pakzub will not be liable for any losses resulting from Account access by an unauthorised party where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and SadaPay are typically credited to your pakzub Account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours depending on interbank processing times. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of network confirmations on the TRON blockchain.
5.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified accounts. 6.1 General Bonus Terms. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Balances are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as Real Money Balance. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the promotion.

Modifications will not apply retroactively to offers already accepted by a User, provided the User has not acted in breach of these Terms or the specific promotional terms.
7.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on the pakzub Platform are subject to the rules of the relevant sport and the specific market rules published in the platform's betting help section. In cases of ambiguity, pakzub's trading team's determination of the outcome shall be final.
7.2 Obvious Errors. pakzub reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a system error, data feed failure, or human input mistake — regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed and regardless of whether it has already settled. Bets placed at erroneous odds will be settled at the correct odds applicable at the time of placement, or voided at pakzub's discretion.

Any funds wagered on a voided round will be returned to the User's Real Money Balance. Partial completion of a game round at the time of malfunction will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pakzub Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted:

10.2 Service Availability. pakzub endeavours to maintain a platform uptime of 99.9%, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and events outside pakzub's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruption. pakzub will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
10.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pakzub's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their pakzub Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. pakzub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if pakzub has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible.
